Colin provides excellent legal representation and counseling to clients while working diligently to achieve their objectives. Colin focuses his practice on a myriad of family law matters including contested divorces, child custody disputes, Child Protective Services matters, and child support establishment and enforcement.
Colin has extensive experience litigating CPS cases, including numerous jury trials and multiple appeals that have gone to the Texas Supreme Court. In addition, Colin is an officer on the CAFA Board, which helps to provide training and mentorship for CPS attorneys in Travis County. Colin's experience and connections to the Travis County CPS System have greatly helped his clients' outcomes.
Colin is originally from Phoenix, Arizona but he came to Austin as fast as he could to swim for the University of Texas Men’s Swimming and Diving Team, and is now a member of the prestigious T Association. After earning his undergraduate degree from UT, Colin earned a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Trinity College, Dublin University in Popular Literature, and continues to enjoy literature. Colin obtained his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, and is a dachshund enthusiast.
